From Australia, LAN Airlines operates a daily service between Sydney and Santiago, Chile via Auckland, using the latest Airbus A340 aircraft offering First, Business and Economy classes. Each seat is fitted with in-seat monitors delivering ‘on demand’ videos, movies and interactive games.
From Santiago, Chile LAN provides passengers connections to over 15 destinations in Chile, 12 destinations in Peru, 10 destinations in Argentina, 2 destinations in Ecuador, 15 destinations in other Latin American countries and the Caribbean, 3 destinations in the United States, 2 destinations in Europe and 4 destinations in the South Pacific, as well as 52 additional international destinations through its various code-share agreements. Currently, the LAN Alliance operates 71 passenger aircraft and 10 dedicated freighters.
